Meet Cash Waddell

Cash is a small town gangster.  His business is petty, and not so petty, crime. He shares a mobile home on the outskirts of Tennyson County with his father, Jeremiah, and his daughter, Annie. Most citizens of Tennyson County find it best to stay clear of Cash Waddell.
